Face mask for a refreshed skin, all weekend long!



Hard week, tired face?

This weekend allow yourself the refreshed feeling result

of an all-natural face mask!


Ingredients and Procedure:

In a bowl, place 2 tablespoons of milk.

Then, add small spoons of flour and stir well, until the mixture is made thick.

After that, add in the mixture

a small spoon of honey,

a few drops of fresh lemon,

and the white substance of 1 egg.

Continue to stir!

Finally, add some more spoons of flour as necessary, so as the mixture is made thick

and doesn't flow easily.



How to apply the mask: (get someone to help you)

Lie down!

Use a spatula to apply mask on face (keep some distance from the eyes!)

Start applying from the right cheek, go down the chin, continue with the left cheek

and up to the forehead!

Relax face muscles and leave mask on face for 20-30 minutes,

so as the skin absorbs the nutrient.

When mask is dried, the skin feels firmed and tightened,

(that's due to the egg white substance)

and now you are ready to remove mask with warm water!

...friendly to the skin and can be used in a daily basis (during autumn/ winter/spring months)!

...NOT suitable for the summer. Avoid sun exposure! Red spots can be made on skin,

   due to the lemon acids!

... tried and tested by myself to ensure reliable and valid results!

...NOT recommended for those who are allergic to any of the natural ingredients!


Tips for puffed eyes:

Use all-fat yogurt or slices of cucumber for relief and moisturising!

Tips for beautiful eyebrows and eyes, all week long!

For quite some time now, I have been experimenting with my eyebrows shape.

As I am quite a lover of theatrical makeup, I tried to give myself a more dramatic look by

darkening my eyebrows. In the photo above you can see my my new favorite product, for filling in

my eyebrows...


What's more, for a few weeks now, returning home from work and looking myself in the mirror,

I realised that my eyeliner spreads over the eyes, especially when my face gets hot and wet.

I finally gave a solution to this problem (a very simple one actually) by applying my eye shadow first

before using the eyeliner.

For more expressive winged eyes, I apply the turquoise eyeliner (instead of the kohl black one)

 along the upper lash line!

October activities


What's new about me:

This period of time, I am doing some further studies at a

teacher training college and I'm really happy I can experience

all over again how is it to be a student. What a feeling!

What is more, my facial and body care is something I never

neglect. For a couple of months now, I tend to use

the 24 hr hydration pomegranate face cream, the

pomegranate anti-oxidant shampoo and, from the Floral

collection, the Rose lotion for hands and body!


Tips for enjoying a better self of yours and develop a more positive attitude towards life:

1. Relax and change your mood with something pleasant!
