Dear diary...



Goodmorning, sunshines!

Well, we are one day before we say our summer goodbyes.

While this summer I totally got myself out of form,

today I decided to give me new confidence 

by starting aerobic exercises.

Five minutes, it was all I could last,

but day by day I am quite sure

I will rebuild my stamina.

Also, my diet is doing just fine

with a bowl of fresh salad escording my healthy meals...


I sincerely hope that the new season bring to you

a new success!
