Playful Summer Mood

A tropical ALOHA to all of you guys, xxx !!!

This period of time, I try to discover and reveal

the new me through prints with a playful summery touch!


Also, shaping my eyebrows and growing them thick,

allow me to enjoy a fresh look of me!


I keep my facial hygiene simple with a cleansing bar 

and a morning cream with sun protection formula.

I don't use make up but a lipstick and I'm good to go!


My new favorite hobby is early morning 

pilates stretching exercises

that really make my body feel strong and confident.

I like to make the ballerina hair bun 

to get more into the spirit of a dancer.



Eating a homemade hamburger

 and being messy with ketchup sauce

was the absolute (guilt-free) enjoyment I had so far 

during my holidays!



As for group activities, 

 playing pool, table tennis, or table football 

are a lot of fun plus sweat-free.


What is more,

having all-natural ice cream balls

in the flavors of  

mastic, rose, and lemon

is the most cool combination guaranteed.

A sprinkle of Orange!

HELLO, lovelies! How was your week?

If a bit tiresome or surprisingly nice, whatever you've been through belongs in the past.

This weekend let's enjoy ourselves with... a sprinkle of color! Shall we?

THE DRESSING TABLE

Photo 1: A silky doily with a flower lace covers the make up table.

Above the doily, an orange organza fabric adds a note of uniqueness 

in the whole decoration. 

For a more detailed presentation, just take the excess organza 

-that covers both ends of the table- 

and tie it with wrap strings.

Then turn the strings into a ribbon!

Just take a tall plastic water cup, dress it up

with a white organza fabric and

place some artificial white peony flowers in it.

Accessorize the vase with a ribbon in earth tones.

For more style, I added a golden chain 

that ends in a heart shape.

After this DIY project, it's time to beautify your self!

Use a lipstick in the color of electric orange

or my new favorite one, a sweet matte red velvet color.

For an ombre lips result, you may combine the two colors together!

Island Aromas!!!

It doesn't seem like the first rain floods can carry away the aromas of this summer!

It feels that the summer dream never ends...

I still walk through the narrow paths of a small island, shopping here and there small local gifts

(natural olive soaps, doilies with flower patterns, spoon sweets, traditional biscuits with olive oil...)

Daily essentials 

Face
1. Start your morning with a deep facial cleansing. Use a face gel which is suitable for the area around the eyes. Face gels helped my skin make a HUGE difference; it looks cleaner, whiter, and more fresh. I promise, you won't be disappointed.


Body Exercise
2. Let some music play in the background and do some stretching. Continue with the indoor bike machine or with your favorite zumba choreography. Also, don't forget to take the dumbbells and workout your arms.

Bring your life some color and recreate yourself!

Outfits
3. Have a shower and dress yourself up. Either you are staying home or going to the grocery, put on your colorful clothes to brighten up your day. "Today" is the best day. So, live it cheerfully! Why don't you choose a nice orange lipstick to rock it?


Meals
4. Escort every meal with rocket salad! My favorite recipe involves rocket leaves, sun-dried tomatoes, colorful peppers, tomato cubes, cucumber slices, pieces of cheese or chicken, toasted cubes of bread, and some olive oil :)  Also, don't forget to drink lots of water!


Keep your mind working
5. Read and write to keep your mind focused and energetic!


Nighty night
6. Already? It doesn't have to be the very end of the day. Go for some clubbing and enjoy yourself responsibly!

7. Take that trip. Just do it! You were waiting too long for this one ;)
